How can i convert a credit card spend into an EMI? Do i have to call the customer care for converting the same?

You can convert credit cards spends above Rs. 3000/transaction to an EMI from the app itself before the due date. You do not need to call any customer care number. Also, please note it will take 3 to 4 complete working days for the EMI to get converted in RBL systems and the same will then be shown on the app as well.
